Members of the TOPP Quartet, Riyoko Takagi, Patrick Bartley Jr., Ji Peng, and Masahiko Osaka, will conduct a masterclass for JITN! We sincerely invite your jazz band to participate and bring your instruments to perform on stage. Members of TOPP Quartet will listen and provide valuable feedback to help you elevate your playing skills. It’s also open to the public to sit-in as audience (with tickets). Remarks:
– The master class will accommodate 2 jazz bands, with 4-6 members per band. Please prepare a jazz piece to perform, with each band receiving 30 minutes of clinic. Each band member is required to pay a participation fee of $100.
– The master class will be conducted in English.
– A 15-minute audience Q&A session will be held before the end of the master class.
– The presenter reserves the right to change the programme, artists and seating arrangement should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.
