What makes Italian Jazz so great? We can sum it up in two words: MELODIC and POETIC.

Italy has such a strong music heritage, from folk music to classical music, they have such beautiful melodies, and most of the Italian jazz musicians have strong classical background, the way they play a melody is like no others, it is their true essence.

Max De Aloe and Roberto Olzer are two prime examples of why Italian jazz is so elegant. Playing the melody perfectly is nothing short of an art.
